This prayer was circulated by the office of the Chief Rabbi to be recited on Saturday 27th February, 1960 in all synagogues. (Prince Andrew was born on 19th February 1960).
“Preserve the tender infant in all his ways. Grant him knowledge, understanding and insight, and teach him counsel, sound wisdom and godly fear.”

Maybe we all should have said that prayer with more Kavana.
It would appear that the prayer was not fulfilled.
