This book was published by the author's great-grandson, Rabbi Shraga Feivish Schneebalg (known as Favish). Rabbi Pinchas Chaim Horowitz was born in 1858. He was the was the head of the Beis Din (Rabbinical Court) of Grosswardein in Romania.
