This book is not part of my Anglo-Judaica collection.  It is included because it has such an interesting list of subscribers (prenumeranten), from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Zecher Ov, i.e. Memory of Father by Zev Wolf Olivenstein of Warsaw, published by Rev. H. Olivestone, Tredegar (Wales), London 1916.

This little book has the most amazing prenumeranten (subscription) list, so please read right through to the end! Henich/Chanoch/Henry Olivestone was born in Warsaw in about 1884 and died in 1952. he emigrated to the British Isles and became a Shochet (Ritual Slaughterer) and Shaliach Tsibur (Synagogue Reader) in Tredegar, in Wales. Midrash Yaavetz by Rabbi Yaakov Benzion Mendelsohn, 1911, published Glasgow with subscription list, printed Leeds.

Sefer BeAchrit Hayomim (At the End of Days) by Rabbi Jacob Tessler, Leeds 1942
