I have a number of issues of der Fonograf, which describes itself as a Yiddish Weekly Family Paper for Science, Literature and Humor. Published every Friday by the Jewish Press Ltd. at 40 Osborn Street, London. My copies are from 1909, and it seems to have been published from about 1908 at least until 1914. This publication seems to be almost unknown – I could find only one brief mention of it on the web.
