1959 seems to have been a relatively quiet year. However, the Report starts with a long and interesting list of Synagogues, throughout the United Kingdom and beyond, and the names of their representatives on the Board. Also, how many of the eleven meetings of the Board each Deputy actually attended! The Report was printed by the Narod Press in Whitechapel.
I have previously written about the Board of Deputies Reports for 1933, which was dominated by concern for the Jews of Germany, and the report for 1948, the year when the State of Israel was established.
In each report, there is a list of Synagogues and Deputies.
